is necessary to take care of leather items before they go bad. Moisture
is also an enemy which is bad for leather and molds and fungus can
destroy good leather.

and doing well.

place, you need to protect those costly leather shoes. To prevent
the shoes catching fungus and molds and keep them well preserved,
stuff them with newspapers and put a layer of wax polish on them
before you store them
If your leather articles including shoes have fungus and mold
over them, rendering them ugly with white patches, here is a
solution.
Prepare a solution with 10 ml of soda bicarb (
baking soda) in 50 ml of milk. Dip a clean piece of cloth in this
mixture and rub the leather article. Clean thoroughly and then
polish it with a soft cloth soaked in lavender oil. The fungus will
disappear and the leather will start gleaming again.
When mildew is just forming on the leather product
and the discoloration is not too severe, try this trick. Warm a piece of
cloth over a fire or with an hot iron and then rub vigorously over the
leather article to find the leather regain its original luster.

purse, here is a super tip. Take a little olive oil and apply it all
over that purse or leather handbag. leave on for thirty minutes and then
use a clean piece of cloth to rub is vigorously. You will have a clean
shiny purse once again..
A quick fix to remove that stubborn dirt from
your shoes is with after shave lotion. Put a few drops of that shave
lotion on the leather shoe and rub vigorously with a cloth. Now
apply shoe polish to find it shining as new. However do note that
regular use of after shave lotion on shoes will destroy the leather
in the long run. So use this wacky tip rarely, only in an emergency
as a quick fix.
