moisture and help preserve the foods.
Keep coconut kernels fresh, by sprinkling a
little salt water over them before refrigerating.
To preserve lemons for a longer time, coat
them with coconut oil and refrigerate in an open container. They
will stay fresh for really long.
Fresh herbs will remain fresh longer if they are
wrapped in aluminum foil and then stored in a fridge (refrigerator).
